Tantra is too many things at once. And that’s why its beautiful and encompasses a lifetime to integrate tantrically, to find divinity in corpses to the point of meditating on dead bodies. A tantric utilizes the entirety of experience and acknowledges it is breath that gives us that chance. They say there are two ways to be tantric healer, by way of the Guru giving a precept. The other is when a person who is destined to become a tantric concerts their own effort alone they will transform right in the moment they are meant to. While I have taken several classical tantra pathways, I believe to be my own developed Guru and believe you can be your own teacher, guide, leader and lover. Self understanding is a pre requisite but it is also the ultimate reward. In tantric healing it is believed that pain arises to the surface before being healed, so we will raise all our senses to aggravate our essentials and see what shakes loose. It is powerful medicine so I only work with people who are willing to work with a therapist if deep healing turns out to come up as I am not a trained therapist.
